Springfield Stables was established 1984 and has successfully operated a lesson program and summer camps.
In addition to the well maintained stables, the facilities include a spacious indoor arena, and two outdoor arenas equipped with a modern, well maintained show jumper courses, a heated viewing area, indoor washroom facilities, and office/lounge and much, much more.
Pickering Horse Centre is a family owned and operated full service equestrian facility located on 26 acres just outside the city of Pickering in the scenic hamlet of Greenwood. The Yaghdjian family has been in the horse business since 1978. The facilities include stabling for 50 horses, six large outdoor riding rings, a heated indoor arena and a large indoor arena (90 x 240). There is a wide variety of programs and events available at PHC including, English riding lessons specializing in hunter, jumper and equitation, summer and holiday horse camps, horse shows and clinics.

The Trans Canada Trail is a non-profit, registered charity. Our mission is to promote and assist in the development and use of the Trail in every province and territory. We also provide funding to local Trail builders to support the development of trails.
Today, over 18,000 kilometres of Trail have been developed. Once fully connected, the Trail will stretch nearly 24,000 kilometres from the Atlantic to the Pacific to the Arctic oceans, linking Canadians in close to 1,000 communities.
