Recreational Riding

If you have a horse, or know someone who shares their ride, we'd like to welcome you to the joy and fun known as recreational riding.

Recreational riding, is riding done just for the fun of it. You, your horse, maybe a few friends, in a ring or on a trail.

No competition, no stress.

So you need a horse that is right for you and your ability.

You need supplies, tack for the horse, a saddle, bridle, reins, stirrups, good boots and a helmet.

After that you need a place to ride, and if you are travelling to a trail or a ranch with a trail, a place to stay, a place to park your rig, plus feed and water.

Oh we know there's more to it than this, but you know this is all you need to start as a recreational rider.
